Meet our Week 10 Chef, Chef Michael Lanzerotte! Chef Michael’s widespread experience has shaped him into the seasoned and talented chef that he is today. He began his culinary journey while in school at Chicago’s Kendall College, working in both Taverna 750 and Sociale in Chicago. Upon graduating, Chef Michael was at Bistro 750 in Lakeview as the chef de cuisine, overseeing the restaurant’s menu. He later became the Executive Chef and Manager of White Oak Tavern in Lincoln Park. Now, Chef Michael serves as the Executive Chef at Saint Lou’s Assembly and Moneygun. We are so excited to showcase Chef Michael’s talents this week, you are going to love this meal.
